Roll & Recover will help you erase tension in that spot right between your shoulder blades that’s been nagging at you all day (along with the rest of your body). Roll out muscle tension using grippy, pliable massage balls. Recover joint range of motion with mobility exercises. All while breathing deeply to soothe your nerves.

Strong Slow Flow is a sweet and slow yoga asana practice that’s like swimming through honey. The sequence blends your favorite vinyasa flows with breath, longer holds, and novel movements. It’s perfect if you want to tune into yourself and explore what your body is capable of with curiosity.

Restorative Yoga is like taking a bubble bath on your yoga mat. You’ll support your body in floor-based, basic poses with lots of props so you can relax, breathe in, and bliss out. When you’re blissed out, sore muscles rebound faster, sleep improves, and stressors feel easy-breezy.
